How too use: Apply to the interior of the eye, upper and/or lower lash line or onto the eyelid and blend with the brush.

To use as liquid eye liner: trace a line along your upper and/or lower lash line. The khol line (in black or another colour) can be blended over the lid using the brush tip. To use as a khol eyeliner: apply to the interior of the eye.
